How Event Vendors Can Offer Optional Upgrades

Present premium add-ons clearly, with prices, without pressure or confusion.

Upgrades work when they are specific: a named service, a short description, and a clear price — shown on the same page where the client is already planning.

A selection is a request, not a purchase. The clean workflow is: client selects, vendor confirms, and only confirmed upgrades appear in the final quote and the event brief. Prices are snapshotted at selection time so a later catalog change never silently alters a booking.

Keep the catalog short. Three to six genuine upgrades outperform a long menu of add-ons nobody chooses.
