No. Clients use a private invitation link. No password, no app install.
Can I customize questions?
Yes. Blueprints support short and long text, numbers, dates, times, dropdowns, multiple choice, checkboxes, and yes/no — with required flags, ordering, help text, and basic conditional visibility.
Can someone else pay?
Yes. A client can suggest a payer, but the payer is only contacted after you review and authorize it, and they only see what they need to pay.
Does Planzetti process payments?
No. You add your own hosted payment link (for example from your payment provider). Planzetti coordinates; your provider processes.
Can I reuse templates?
Yes — that is the point. Blueprints are reusable, and every event keeps its own snapshot.
Can I pause reminders?
Yes, per reminder. Reminders also stop automatically when an event is canceled or the requirement is complete.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Any time. Pilots need no card at all.
